Hats off to Express Tires and Auto Services. It was the initial customer service on the phone that got me in the door. I was headed to work and had 2 flat tires. Of course I called a big name tire place first thinking I could get the help that I needed. The service over the phone was horrible. I found Express using Google and gave them a call. Immediately I noticed the difference. Jason answered my questions and within minutes I was on my way. I felt like I could trust the service and the recommendations given. The team did not disappoint. I would recommend this location. To anyone looking for tires or service from a company with great customer service and amazing and an attentiveness to the needs of the customer. This week I realized I need new tires for a long road trip in a few days. Tuesday morning I researched tires, pricing and installation timing at various local suppliers - Costco, Les Schwab, Discount and Walmart. At 9:30am I called Express Tire and Auto, which I’ve been using for two decades. They had two decent tire options at prices very similar to others and much cheaper than Costco. Install may be slightly more expensive but most importantly they could get the tires and install them the same day. At 5:30pm my tires were on and aligned at about the same price as others and two to five days faster than any of the big suppliers. I’m super impressed!

I came in, no appointment or anything, and they got my oil changed in under an hour in addition to doing a courtesy check on other fluids. Price was a little over 100 bucks which is good in my book. Everyone was friendly and polite. I can’t believe I’ve been going to the Firestone instead. They’ve made a permanent customer out of me.

Alistair coordinated the brake repair I needed. He was by far the best customer service person I had ever met. He was very detailed and honest about the cost. I made some calls before making the appointment and they had the best prices of anyone and offered me a discount. I’m out of fixed income and this really worked well for me. The repair was done really quickly. I really appreciate express tires and auto services. They have a good business and I definitely will return for other needs as they come up.
